RETAINED RESOURCING

This is a great option when you have multiple hires or specialist roles to fill, for example, if you’ve just won a project that you need to resource for, or if your business is growing and you need to source multiple people at once.

Operating as an extension to your business and representing your brand, we can source a number of hard-to-fill roles, or entire teams over a 3, 6 or 12 month period. This solution will effectively reduce your external recruitment spend, while assisting cashflow by spreading the costs evenly over the months that the retainer is in place. We offer reduced fees under a retained agreement and will provide clear timelines to deliver the roles required.

We are seeing an increasing number of candidates wanting to contract and our pool of qualified contractors is growing. They can see the benefits of contracting including being able to earn more, have tax benefits, flexibility, and the exposure to a diverse range of projects.  

We work closely with all our contractors to ensure they are well looked after and always informed. Contractors take an active risk when they decide to contract, and it is our job to ensure they are aware of the risks involved whether they are new to contracting or a seasoned professional. We always do our best to manage our contractors’ expectations relating to the agreed assignment including their market rate, the contract duration, potential for extension of the contract duration, and managing the transition to their next assignment.
